Who won the 2012 vice presidential debate? This is so relevant to our discussion of public history.  The blurred line that once existed between facts and the truth, no longer exists.  Furthermore, if a CNN poll or a Twitter poll, says that one person won over the other, is this the truth?  Is it a fact?  Does popular consensus produce veracity?  Interestingly, this reality points to the limits of shared authority?
